Payment options

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover Card and VISA credit or debit cards, plus PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders electronic transfers, or CODs for orders placed online, by telephone, by mail, or by email.

Service standard

All physical product orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers

Ordering and shipping confirmation

Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a thank you page containing your order number and order details, which you should print for your records.

You will also receive an email confirmation from containing your order details. Order tracking information is provided when your order is shipped and can be requested through customer support. Order status and tracking information may also be seen via the View Order Status and History screen on the Storefront on which you placed your order, where available. See all of your orders at > My Account > Orders.

Shipping methods

This site provides a variety of shipping methods. Standard shipping methods supported are UPS and USPS.

We strive to offer the very best shipping service possible, and we will choose the best carrier for your location and product order. Please allow 7-10 days for orders shipping within the United States, but orders usually arrive within 4-5 days.

Shipping and handling charges for items are based upon shipping weight of each product and on delivery to your address zone as established by UPS and USPS Priority Mail. It should be noted that most orders take 1 to 2 business days to process through our system prior to notifying you of the shipping tracking numbers.
