If you receive this notice below when attempting to open one of the PDF's used in the Certification Programs, this is because the PDF was opened by another PDF Reader and not Adobe Reader. Opening a PDF by double clicking the file will open in your computers default PDF Reader which comes pre-installed.

To open the PDF in Adobe Reader:

  1. Go to your applications folder and open Adobe Reader
  2. Go To File > Open
  3. Find and Select the Certification PDF
  4. Choose Open


  1. Locate and right click on the Certification PDF
  2. Choose the Open With option
  3. Select Adobe Reader
