Can you make the discover healing app work on older iPads?

Any chance you could make the new Discover Healing app work on older models of iPads? I have an iPad 4 and it’s frustrating that the app won’t work on it.

also is there a chance you can make it work on android 8 i can only use the beta version on my samsung phone with android 8 but without the charts so frustrating
